How do I place an order?
- Browse our collections by selecting a category from the menu
- Click on any item you like to view its product page
- Select your preferred color, size, and add any special requirements
- Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase
Can I order by phone?
Currently we don't accept phone orders, but you can easily place your order through our mobile-friendly website. We're working to introduce phone ordering in the future.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes! We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Please contact us for change the order information before we have marked the shipment. If we have already shipped, we cannot change it for you.
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order (for non-custom items) by contacting our customer service team, provided your order hasn't been shipped yet.
What are special requirements?
This is where you can request custom alterations to your garment. For example, if you'd like straps added to a strapless dress, simply note this in the special requirements field. We can accommodate most alteration requests to some degree.
What happens if my order is undeliverable?
Please contact us and we will refund you when we receive the returned package.
Is my payment secure on Jimiss Dress website?
We have appropriate organizational safeguards and security measures in place to protect your datafrom being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.
i'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

What is the return policy?
1. Submit your return request by sending an email
2. We need to wait for approval and will inform you of the return address
3. Return the goods within 3 working days

What if i need help with my return?

What happens if i refuse a package or it is undeliverable?
- If you refuse to sign for the package: The return shipping fee will be borne by you. If the package is lost on the way back or cannot be delivered to me, the consequences will be borne by you
- If the package cannot be delivered: You need to immediately contact the local courier company to inquire about the delivery status and then obtain a solution from the courier company
When can i expect my refund?
The refund will be processed within 24 working hours after we receive your return. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. After the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to be mailed back to your account. (Note: If you have not received it by the deadline, please contact us via email and we will help you check)
When will my order be shipped?
All of our orders are handmade and are expected to take 10-15 business days. Production time depends on the complexity of the dress's craftsmanship.

How long will it take until I receive my order?
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Production Time: 10-15 business days.

- -Standard Shipping:8-15 days
- -Expedited Shipping: 4-7 days

How do i change my shipping address once my order is placed?
Please contact us for modification before we have marked the shipment. If we have already shipped, we cannot modify it.

How should I take my measurements?
Wear well fitting clothes when measuring. Clothes have built-in bras, do not wear bras when measuring.

How does the sizing work? What type of sizing do you carry?
The sizes displayed on this website are in US sizes. All of our dresses are labeled with European/UK sizes.
Do you offer gift wrapping/gift receipts?
No, unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer gift wrapping or gift receipts.
Can i get plus size dress here?
Yes,We can make plus size dresses, and we can make all the dresses according to the size to create a dress that is exclusive to you
What is the best way to choose my size?

Will my item be exactly the same color as what is shown on your website?
There may be a slight difference due to the different color display of the computer.
Can i change the design of a dress?
If you need to change the design of the skirt, you can provide the specific location and requirements you want to change. It would be best if you could describe it in the form of a drawing or picture
